Either a tilt of the front or rear standard, so its all in camera.
scheimpflug if you want to be fancy about it. Just tosses the focus from a standard parallel plane to something more abstract

I don't have a scanner that can handle 4x5 so I have to lay my strobe light under my glass table then set my negative on top and photograph it with my Nikon D600. It works but unfortunately I lose a ton of detail.
