this has to be one of those really dumb questions but i will be brave! often when people note developer dilutions they use either plusses (rodinal 1+50) or ratios (xtol 1:3). is there any difference in these? i am guessing with big dilutions it prolly doesn't matter and maybe folks use it interchangeably? cheers!
