Guys

Just won a lovely Polaroid 450 on eBay. I have nearly a whole pack of film in my 103 and wondered - is it possible to remove the 9 shots from the 103 and load it into the 450?

I'll show you pics when I get the new camera!

Shouldn't be much of a problem. If you don't mind wasting a shot it's probably easiest to do it in subdued light. Otherwise do it in the dark.

In the past, I've changed from colour packs to black and white packs in bright sunlight, the top shot acts almost like a dark slide for the rest of the pack, unless you do it in total darkness, you will lose the top sheet, and to be honest, its worth wasting it anyway to ensure the tabs all line up and pull freely & cleanly...

Get them swopped and enjoy the camera, I LOVE my polaroid 🙂

Here she is! It's in amazing condition, I have cleaned it up and it's like new, the bellows are A1. I didn't bother transferring the film over in the end, I bought 5 packs of FJ100C and 2 boxes of 3000B so I loaded some colour film and it works nicely. Very happy!

By the way, is there an easy way to tell if the bulbs in the flash cube are dead? These look new, can see the filament etc... do they go black when dead or anything?

That's a amazing looking camera. Now go outside and show us some pics. 🙂

I received a 230 yesterday in probably equally amazing condition. Here's a quick pic. With my sx-70
