I voted "25 Photogs - One Passion" as Todd said there could be subsequent volumes. "Beyond the forum" is too inside.

I'm embarrassed to say that I voted for my idea which was First Show because it goes with the picture (which I love).

However would Second Show work for the second book? I think only if the same cover was used or if Todd has similar pictures. I know he has at leat one 'cos I voted for its inclusion in the book. Maybe he has a whole slew! Do you Todd?

I voted for first harvest. Its a little ambigous, mysterious, I like that. But Second Harvest? Hmmm. Doesn't sound as good.

I wonder how cluttered the front would be with:
Rangefinder Photography
25 Photographers - One Passion
First Show

:)

3 lines? - I think it's too much. And does the book title have to reflect the volume number? It could be addressed in the foreward (this is the first book...). So you either just use:

Rangefinder Photography
25 Photographers - One Passion

which I think works great and most contributors voted for, or if you really want to include everything maybe moving First Show to the top line might work:

Rangefinder Photography: First Show
25 Photographers - One Passion

If the book gets an ISBN # then the title will get entered into the likes of amazon.com's database. We will need a main title that is unique each time if there are to be volumes...

We also have the option to put 'Volume 1' or something like that on the spine.

I like the look of this option, Peter, and you're right about having titles that are unique. It helps booksellers, customers, and libraries (assuming libraries will be clamouring for our publications) :D

I like Peter_n's suggestion a lot...and I'm outta here!

See ya Monday guys!

P.S: I'm bringing the Leica M3 w/ 50 'cron, my 'blad and the new Oly 35LE :)
