Poll: What is the most used focal length on your M8/M8.2?

I'm curious what focal length M8/8.2 owners use the most on their camera.

The focal lengths are the actual FL of the lens and not the equivalent given the 1.33 crop factor.

It used to be a 35mm 'lux, but I have switched to a 28mm Elmarit pancake for compactness.

I don't know anymore, I am torn between 24 Elmarit, 28 Cron and 35 Lux Asph and therefore still in the selection process of my long term standard lens. So far, the 24mm Elmarit is a bit ahead due to the amazing files it produces. It also forces me to get closer to the subject.

For carrying the camera with a single lens, the 28 Summicron is my choice for all-round versatility. If carrying two lenses, they'll often be 21 Elmarit and 35 Summilux. When I get a 50mm or two coded, then I expect to use that FL extensively, probably along with the 25 Biogon.

I just had the frame mask "upgrade" done on my chrome M8, so now the 24mm framelines are almost impossible to see in entirety, like the 35mm frames in my M2. Not surprising...

Strange poll.
Unless they are specialists in one particular area of photography, I would expect most people to vote for the focal length they possess closest to the "normal" effective focal length after the 1.3x conversion factor. Whether people have a 24mm, 25mm, 28mm, 35mm or 40mm may just be down to a decision made a few years ago based on whatever deals were available at that time. I chose a 35mm rather than a 28mm when I first got my M8 because I wanted at least some portrait capability and could only just by the skin of my teeth afford one top quality lens. I wonder whether a 28mm would work as well for me (maybe, maybe not) but I can't afford to experiment so I'll stick with the 35mm I'm happy with. Since I haven't tried other "normal" focal lengths, is my vote meaningful?
For what it's worth, my breakdown is probably about 50% 35/2 cron ASPH, 35% 15/4.5 heliar, and 15% others (75/2.5 for portraits and 135/4 for long reach and "close-ups").

i didn't vote because i haven't been able to decide. i'm trying the 25, 28, and 35 FLs in an effort to figure it out. too early to tell, or maybe it's just not so obvious a decision, at least for me. all three of these FLs seem compelling. but i sure don't want to have to own all of them long-term ...

i am working with the 21/2.8, 28/2.8, 35/2, 50/1.4, and a .95 canon right now.
i can not make up my mind yet what i like most. They are all just so damn nice.
