Portraits

A friend who asked me to do a portrait for her major milestone birthday whose chronological years far exceeded appearances. But her skin showed the results of a long active outdoor lifestyle. So I choose to use Kodak 2424 Aerographic film, an infrared 70mm emulsion that could be cut down and respooled as 120. When the US spy agencies went digital for IR, Kodak quit producing this film. No usable film has existed for more than 10 years, so I quit shooting infrared.
