That’s funny. I wish I’d taken that one.

While not a fan of dog-cat-kids images, (must love dogs and kids) this photo does make the mind work...doesn't it?

Confused...mutt,

Confused...mutt,

There was a patisserie next to the shop selling wigs. The dog owner popped in to get something to eat - the dog was mesmerized and barking on the shop window with the mannequins. I came out from that shop holding my pastry and took the picture. It was good luck.

...Pan, Thanks, I sorta figure out the situation, judgiing from dog, leash and window...no doubt the critter was barking but the idea of the dog, and the many heads...

The next door ship was not known

I think most, not all but most, great photos are accidents. There are a few "staged" shots, like the Iwo-Jima Flag thing and Mac going ashore returning to island Philippines, and a few other "Life Magazine" shots, but most are accidents, if craftsman is honest.

Here is one example, I have many stories, where a cat settled in as I was fooling...I never saw cat until I processed, was looking at contrast...was feral cat. (Not a killer-fan.) Cat also altered picture.

Lovely picture Bob, well done.

I agree with what you said, some of my personal favourites are the result of luck.

Here is another one,
