I hope to have acquired a 4x5 camera, and suitable scanner. If I get it, then it means that I'm living where I want to be, and have the time on my hands that I want.

I would love an M monochrome. I am not sure I will ever swing for one. Realistically if Sony puts out a 36mpixel full frame I would try and get that and a couple of Xpro lenses. Maybe a Leica 35mm Summicron.

what I really need - sadly enough - is a BAG. the one I was using for the LTM stuff is WAY too small for the Monster Pentax and Mamiya 7II I drag everywhere these days. no idea on format (traditional, backpack, messenger, whatever), but something that fits one of my 6x7's with a lens attached, 1-2 extra lenses, a meter, and decent bit of film. there was funding for this effort for Christmas, so shopping may start tomorrow.
other than that, pretty much film/paper/chemicals, and continual effort to improve the improvised darkroom. ok, fine, MAYBE the pano adapter for the Mamiya, just because there are so FEW accessories to collect for the thing.....

An original black-paint M2 to go with my black M3 and M4. An Nikon SP would complete my Nikon rangefinder collection.
I also want to complete my collection of beater Nikon F eye-level cameras. I got the F and the F2, now I need to find a ratty F3.
Another thing on the list is the 14/2.8 for my X-Pro. My shop says I should be able to pick it up on the 19th this month, I hope so.
I also want to get the chemicals and equipment to develop 4x5 color at home. The nearest lab charges about $50 to develop 20 negatives...

GAS goal is to buy N-O-T-H-I-N-G
but since that is probably impossible:
-look into another 50mm
-look into the 21mm range
-definitely stuff like straps, bags which is probably my biggest fault when it comes to camera stuff
