First of all, I would like to introduce myself.
My name is Bertus, from The Netherlands, age 55 years, male, and since a gap of 35 years I have started with analog photography again, from september 2010.
Being a Minolta fan for years, bought the first one in 1975, and started collecting camera's and beautifull lenses since september 2010.
Also I have a nice collection of Olympus OM 2 and OM 2SP camera's and lenses.
All in nice working order.
A very good friend of mine gave me a complete darkroom setup, including enlarger, several enlarging lenses, tanks , trays, etc.
I only had to buy new paper and chemicals.
Here are some of thw shots I took with a Minolta XE-5 wiith Rokkor 1.7 PG.

Best regards from Holland.

In september 2009 I bought a pristine Minolta SRT 101 from the original owner. Included were several Minolta lenses, the original user manual and the original bill from the store from 1966.
The PX625 battery is out off limits these days so I could not use the build-in lightmeter anymore so I used a newly purchased Gossen lightmeter.
Film is Ilford FP4 125 ISO, developed in AM74 during 5 minutes.

Welcome to the RFF community Bertus.
You made a great start to post your selfprocessed SLR images.
I am a member from 2004 ,haven't posted/discussed much so far, but I check the messages from RFF daily. I've learned a lot here silently over the years.
I'm glad that you pick up photography after many years again. Having your mind set on analogue photography that will open up many possibilities today, which was too expensive to experiment with a few decades ago.
You haven't lost your eye in photography, I hope to see more great pictures from you in the future.

Greetings,
Andre

Andre, thank you for the warm welcome.
Shot 2 rolls of Ilford Pan F 50 ISO and 1 roll of Kodak T Max 400 ISO today.
I will develope these as soon as possible.
I went to Ijmuiden and Amsterdam.

Best regards from Holland.

@ UNOHUU, KDEMAS, Borgesia, Rbiemer and Bingley, really nice soohting!
In my first post I mentioned that I started shooting analog in september 2010, but the fact is I started with film again in september 2009.
Well, it all started like this.
In early september 2009 I bought an Olympus digital SLR, a E-420 with a couple of lenses, extra battery pack, the lot.
I've invested in some software, and allthough the pictures I took with the Oly DSLR are not bad, I missed something.
And that's what started the analog film expiernce again.
Call it a flashback, or doing things over, but photographing since then is shooting with film for me. And some films from the past are not available anymore, but others like Ilford Pan F 50 and Kodak T Max 400 or Fuji Neopan I can order within 2 days delivery.
Also chemicals and paper are easily within reach.
below is a picture of my current setup, during a clean-out, for Black & White processing and enlarging.

With best regards from Holland.
