It's a lovely series. Love the technical qualities and the execution.
What inspired you to shoot this concept series?

I got the idea from dogowners. They allways looks like the dogs. ;)

great photos gents/ladies..
Landberg...very nice

These are superbly GREAT! WOW! Such a unique imagery. Thanks for posting them here!

Agree with the others, these are awesome! The concept is something I haven't seen done before and I love the way you've co-ordinated the clothing/colours/toning of each image to match the car. Really clever and visually beautiful.

THANK YOU! The final result will end in a free eBook.

Thanks!! That's very kind of you to say!

As for the conversion, I usually start out with a home-brewed preset that combines the "Fine Art Print" factory preset with the Agfa 100 film type setting. Then I tweak overall settings for brightness and structure and will sometimes change the film type until it looks good to my eye in general. After that, I start laying down control points and adjusting brightness, contrast, structure, etc... until everything is just so and the stuff I want to pop, pops. Each frame is handled differently, sort of like printing in the darkroom.

Hope that was a good starting point for your own explorations!
Had a go at this today. It´s a great starting point. My only problem was that I can´t seem to have a "fine art print" factory setting.

Maybe it´s because I have silver efex 1 ??

That might be, ola-b. I don't know if SEFX 1 had it or not.

You could try boosting the global contrast slider to around 8-12 to get closer to what the preset did. It does something else besides that, but what that is, I'm not certain.
