Nico, color and skin tones are outstanding. Was this shot with available light only, or was there flash fill from the X100? Regardless, very nice.

I'm not sure if your comment was directed to me, but I used 2 off-camera flashes for the shot above.

plenty more on my flickr and my website. first concert I've shot, and the x100 AF didn't hunt around in the dark very much at all, but I suppose it's because these are high contrast scenes. loving this thing at high ISO.

You might try avoiding the standing, straight ahead shot. And some of her not smiling so we can see the natural contours of her face. Oh, and maybe not looking at the photographer.

Or, get closer. Maybe something like this.
