I like the Crumpler strap. I have always used Optech's on my DSLR and I did use it for a few days on my X-Pro1 too.How do you find the Crumpler strap? Almost bought one myself the other day

I like the Crumpler strap. I have always used Optech's on my DSLR and I did use it for a few days on my X-Pro1 too.
The Crumpler strap is very comfortable on the neck. If I was to nip pick, I would say that the spongy part is not super flexible in the sense that you if wrap the strap around your wrist, the spongy (black) part will try to spring back to a U-shape. However, canvas straps that will wrap easily around the wrist are not that comfortable on the neck.

Yes, it is long enough to wear across the body, and just long enough for you to raise it to eye level.Thanks for the reply Louis, a few other questions. Is it long enough to comfortably wear across the body? Also, is it possible to detach the neoprene part? Or even cut it off for good? Normally I'd just go out any buy the thing given how cheap it is, but I'm rather skint at the moment..
