Posting issue

Hi admins,

When posting images to a thread I'm coming across an issue where the post will time out and I'll get the following error. Oddly, the post does actually go through, but I'll need to reload the page to see it.

Well, I didn't get a response when I started this topic, but I'm still getting the problem described above on probably 90% of my attempted image posts.

Anyone else?

It happens sometimes, to post photos in the thread I started a few days ago it has been a frustrating experience, taking much time and repeating the same steps more times.

This happened to me yesterday on the "Post your R-D1 Photos" forum. I tried again and now my post is in there twice and I could not find out how to delete one of them.

...which is how I end up with double and triple posts.

I also get the dreaded rolling beach ball with a simple one sentence response. Multiple images hang up the site for several minutes.

This is par (or rather bogie) for the course posting images from iPhone for me—maybe because I tended to click the camera icon (upper left) rather than the Upload Attachments banner (below). I’ve received a variety of Oh No You Fecked Up signals—beach ball of death, You Don’t Have Permission, etc. Usually resolved by a page refresh.

In contrast, uploading images on Leica Forum is a breeze—German engineering?—as well as forums I frequent that are not devoted to photography. *permanent shrug*
