Previews from DNGs (Expression Media)

Expression Media 2 doesn't seem to be extracting or creating full-sized previews when I import my M8's DNG files. I believe I'm using the correct settings in the software. I've experimented with a number of permutations, rebuilding the files every time. I've developed files in ACR and saved them. Still no luck.

Now I'm probably going to get some flack for posting in the wrong forum (or even site), but I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem and how they are solving it.
