Depends on your needs. What focal lengths do you shoot at or plan to shoot at? Do you wear glasses? IMO, there's not a relief for the 28mm and 35mm framelines, so it's only really suitable (comfortable?) for 50mm and up.

There are no 28mm framelines in the .85 viewfinder. Seems like a reasonable deal to me if you want the higher-magnification viewfinder.

In excellent condition: $1200+ & higher. Prices rising. For excellent plus expect to pay closer to $1300. $1400 is getting to be common for excellent +.

From a collector´s point of view, if it´s a non TTL model - The answer is yes.
