I would like a better copy of book 2, too, but what kind of costs are we talking about? What will the book cost, and how much will it cost to get it shipped to Holland? Shipping within the USA will probably rather low but shipping it out into the world could get pricey. Before committing myself to buy a copy, I'd like to know how much things will cost.
