Dear all

I recently bought this film to try it out. Been reading on the internet and have learned that this film is quite finicky with developer type and time.

I mainly use d76 as it is the only developer available here in our country. Please recommend processing times for d76.

Will be developing to make wet prints eventually

Thanks all

Nathan

I have not found it finicky (100 speed), but the times are longer than for many other films. D-76 is the most standard developer so why not try to published times for that.

I've mostly used Xtol and Acufine, but replenished and my times wouldn't be of much use to you.

BTW, I have really gotten to like the Kentmere 100. I've been meaning to post a thread about it if I ever get around to scanning some prints. It is a nice old fashioned film and reminds me in a lot of ways of a slightly finer grained Tri-X.

I got some decent results with Kentmere 100 in D76 1:1.
Dev. time 11.5min (1 inversion/min).

If you don't mind some grain, then Rodinal (Adonal) 1:100 with stand development (1h9 is a good choice.
