Hello!
So I recently bought a NIB Prontor svs shutter, and was wondering about two things: 1. can this shutter be used for a 4X5 homebuilt p&s? 2. What lenses will fit on it? Information on this subject is very scarce! Thanks for any help!

Most but not all LF lenses come w/ their own shutter mechanism. The exceptions are barrel lenses or someone adapting a non-LF lens for use on a LF camera.. Normally these shutters are sold to replace existing shutters that cannot be repaired or not cost effective to repaired.
At least this is what I am aware of...

What size, what version? A small camera (00) sized one would be of rather limited usefulness - if any, it would only fit very slow and old lenses, and it lacks the T setting you'd want for ground glass use. Non-standard sizes won't fit anything. If you are lucky, it is a size 0.
