I found this in my girlfriend's grandmother's house in Brasov, Romania.

I wonder if in richer parts of the world they had Leica locks.

This a photo of what? I just see a lump of metal with Zeiss Ikon written on it.

Yes its a deadbolt, every home should have them on each door. I do like that Zeiss key - very clever! 🙂
