Mark is the only guy--contact him again. Sometimes these tech guys get overloaded w/ endless, (often dumb) emails.
If you want to just send the camera to him, I've got his postal address. You can PM me. The CLA cost should (I'm guessing) be around $80/ plus shipping-- maybe the same as my recent LYNX CLA by him.
