QL-17 Dumb lens question?

Can you change the lens on a QL-17 and if so where do I look to get a higher quality lens? Also is it a hard thing to do?

The lens can't be changed; it's a fixed-lens RF. That makes it really, REALLY hard.

By the way, the canon QL 17 lens is excellent, even if you could change it you would be hard pressed to find a better lens.

I agree, It is as good a quality as my Rebel 2000. I am very impressed. It's a bit much to use the light meter. I have to switch the camera to "A" take a reading and then set the camera. But I enjoy the light sensor being behind the filter, one sweet camera overall I must say....

If you want a fixed lens RF where the meter works in manual, try the Konicas.
