QL17 focusing zone (overlap problem?)

I'm considering buying a certain QL17 on eBay. The seller has, honestly, stated that the horizontal line up (overlap) of the "yellow" focus square is good, but that the vertical is off a tad.

Is this a problem?

Will it affect the actual photograph?
