Question about my CV Heliar 50mm 2.0

Hi. I have a CV Heliar 50mm lens, and I would like to get the LH-4 lens hood (vented) for it. The lens already comes with a normal lens hood.
Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket "push on" lens cap that I could buy to slip on to the LH-4 lens hood?
If I still have to use the tiny 39mm pinch cap (hard to do with my big fingers), is there at least a third party pinch cap 39mm that I could use? I don't want to loose my Voigtlander one that came with the camera.

Just measure the LH-4 when you get it, and search eBay for a push-on cap that size...they are definitely out there.
