Used to have one of these -- pretty fun, but understandably cumbersome.

One thing you need to do in order to use this on a camera body is to remove the camera's lens mount. Another thing to watch out for is making sure that the lens sits flush against the camera body once it is rotated into the camera lens opening.

Also fun to change film with this thing attached -- the baseplate is built into the unit, and to change film you have to remove the whole assembly with all the lenses attached. Can't really imagine doing serious photojournalism with this outfit!
