I mixed some R09 in the kitchen instead of the darkroom sink this week, whilst chatting with my better half.
I flicked a couple of specks into the porcelain sink and rinsed it away. Half an hour later there were yellowish stains all over the sink!!
My wife thought it was tea so went at it with bleach and her cupboard full of cleaners, to no avail!! oh no!!
After a bit of trial and error I splashed some fixer on a sponge and scrubbed and scrubbed - it started to move! after a lot more elbow grease it's almost all gone... just a little shadow detail if you look with the loupe....

Close call! Nothing can kill the photography hobby faster than a disapproving spouse!
