R2 advance lever broken. repair?

Snapped 1 shot of a fresh roll this morning, and the advance just made an awful grinding noise. Now the shutter release does nothing and the shutter releases halfway through the advance stroke.

This happen to anyone else?

Any idea where I can get this serviced in the US and how much it will cost?
