Hi chaps, I was reading a bit about the bessa R2 on cameraquest, and I read this particular bullet-point:
[R2] Framelines designed to show 87% of lens coverage at 3 meters
This perplexed me somewhat. I appreciate that rangefinder framelines are indications of framing, but I didn't realise they were designed to underestimate the size of the frame slightly. In this instance, would for example the 35mm framelines describe ~100% of the 40mm focal length (based on 87% lens coverage)? Or have I misunderstood this particuar bullet point?
next question - used R2 or R2A...haha.. prices??
