R2M or R3M

Trying to decide which one to buy. 35mm is my comfort zone. But the idea of shooting with both eyes open is very interesting. Has anyone tried using the full frame as 35mm frame line on R3M?

the framelines on the r3a probably won't cut it for you if you're a 35mm guy- if ultra-precise composition is what you're aiming for. shooting with both eyes open is what makes the r3a very convenient to use- I found that it almost becomes a "transparent" camera. Using it with a 40mm I sometimes have issues with seeing the full framelines (glasses...) but it's not an issue for me. but you should hear further opinions of dedicated 35mm users..

if you can live with a 40mm, the R3A is as good as it gets.
