Rainbow fog anything to be worried about?

It looks like the colors are just the color of the lens coating; the haze is white. You should have the lens cleaned to remove the haze, as it will reduce sharpness and contrast in your images.

Welcome to the forums. The rainbow is most likely just the coating like Chris said. Looks like it could use a CLA though if you really like the lens.

If it's along the edges it may also be sign of a lens separation. It's really small, so no immediate effect on the imaging I guess.
