I've read that he achieves the grain by agitation -- he likes to roll the tank on the floor to agitate.

He is now shooting a Leica Monochrome. How does one achieve the overdeveloped portion of the overexposed/overdeveloped approach in Lightroom?

@faberryman: I use Photoshop and you can tweak the contrast and levels. Not sure of those options are avail via Lightroom?

Nice to see this old thread revived. Here's a shot made with PAN-F at EI 50, accidentally underexposed about three or four stops, then scanned and adjusted to a pleasing result.
