I'm thinking of going off an an upcoming 16-day trip armed with my new toy, a Sigma DP2-S, and an OM-2N with a Zuiko 85/2 and a Zuiko 35/2. (I ranted elsewhere about how the Sigma was gonna save me carrying a bag, and here I am flip-flopping. Fickle, fickle, fickle.)
Anyway, that stuff doesn't fit in the bag I've been using. So, I'm thinking about a new one. Into this bag I need to fit the Oly with the 85/2 attached, the 35/2, and the Sigma. With its hood, the latter is about 4 inches by 4 inches.
I like bags with padding in which everything fits snugly. Smallness and lightness are obvious pluses.
Recommendations, anyone?

I'm a big fan of Billingham bags and in particular the Hadley range. But with bags I've found the best recommendation I can give is to go to the nearest camera store with a large range of bags, take your gear and try a few out.

You should try yourself. Compared to Billinghams, A&A bags, Domkes, etc, Lowepro bags don't seem too popular here. I love mine though, they are very functional (in particular the Rezo series, in your case, maybe the 120 ?), and you can go and try them at the next BestBuy.
