RD1 bag?

Is there any bag or case that is a good fit for the RD1 apart from the original one or the fancy hand made leather ones?

well, I was going to say "get a billingham hadley small", but it probably falls under "fancy"...

Depending on how much you like to carry and how many lenses, I'd say get a Domke F6. It can take the R-D1 with any lens - even large ones - mounted, plus two more lenses, a short compact umbrella, a water bottle and you still have some room. It's pretty roomy.
