RE: Ultrafine Extreme 400 ??

More like HP5, or TriX?
I use TriX now from FreeStyle (AP400)

Or more like Delta Pro 400?

It is another cheaper like FreeStyles films.
That is why I ask...before I buy a few bricks. So I know at least what to expect.

Can you post 2 comparison shots?

for 120 format, ufx uses ilford hp5+ timing, but i usually ask the shop to add 1/2 stop more development. the rroll foil wrapping is very ilford even though there is no mention of ilford, but the film isn't hp5+. the 135 format is a different film altogether.

It's cheap.
I bought a 100' roll, used half of it and gave the other half away.

I used it with Rodinal 1+50 and yeah, it made the grain noticeable. That's just my experience with it though. Probably the best shot I managed with it:

Not bad in medium format, haven't tried the 35 yet. Develops well and scans easy. This was shot in the Rolleiflex and scanned with the Epson V500.

I've been developing the 120 in Clayton F76+ (Arista Premium liquid developer) with decent results, but I've heard it really shines in XTOL. (Xtol, 1:1 for 13 minutes @68 degrees).
The price is good for a decent film. Yes, scans easily.

Could it be Kentmere then?
