Joe: I may have what you are looking for in a cheap very long lens; it is a Tamron 200-500 old style Adaptamatic lens. It comes with the Canon FD adapter. It's not bad at all for an inexpensive lens. All you need is a cheap FD body with it, and you are set to go shoot photos of distant things!

Stephanie, I could sell you a canon AE-1 and fitting canon FD 100/4 macro, that would be a nice kit for food photography, would it not? Shipping would have to be from Belgium though...

the complete kit comprises of 2 AE-1's, one black one chrome, 35/2, 50/1.4, 100/4 macro and 135/2.5 all original canon lenses with good glass and lenshoods included, and then some macro rings and teleconvertors. Willing to split it up though. Bodies and lens exteriors definitely have signs of use but all is functional and the glass is good.
