Clint Eastwood used a motor driven Nikon F2 in Bridges of Madison County.
Tho' not an RF, he obviously looked as though he knew to handle a still camera
in this great movie.

Damn...I was just watching a movie the other day and I remember yelling "LOOK LEICA!", but I'll be damned if I can remember what it was. Nothing that was listed here though, as far as I recall.

PS: The M7 in Eurotrip was great. And not just cause the kid got some because of it. 😉

I recently saw a film called Smoke.

Harvey Keitel plays a tobacco shop owner in New York who is also a street photographer documenting the corner outside his shop. The film is a collection of loosely connected stories.

Good performances by William Hurt and Forest Whitaker also.

A bit OT, as this one is not a movie, but I was at the Borders bookstore two weeks ago and saw a poster for Tori Amos' new album. I am not a fan and don't know much about her music, but something in the poster caught my eyes... see if you guys agree with what I think the camera is...

Last Saturday, I just saw another photo of Scarlett Johansson and her M6... and barely could make out the focusing lock of an old 'cron in that shot. I searched for it in the web to no avail because I wanted to mention it here. It was in People magazine, the latest one. My doctor is suscribed.

Who knows... product placement or hypersensitivity on our behalf... 😕
