Recommend a reasonably priced commerical printing service?

My brother makes photographs with his iPhone. He would like to get 12x12 inch color prints made for a display 6 prints wide by 6 prints down. Most of the printing places in his hometown charge $75 per print for something like this. He would like to have either C-prints or a equal quality inkjet prints made at this size.

Any recommendations from the hive-mind? I print on an Epson 2400 occasionally, but not often enough and without the quality control to produce what he wants economically.

So: RFF, what's your favorite commercial printer?
