repairing an Iskra shutter

Hi,
I'm more or less considering in buying an Iskra with a non working shutter, and I'd like to know whether it's easy/possible to repair it? Has anybody ever done that?

Buy a second with no winder and swap. Then you have a really nice project as well as a shooter.
