Repairing summicron 35/2.0

Hi,
In the local marketplace there is a 35/2.0 summicron on offer. It is described as deffective, loose apperture ring. Does anyone have an idea about a ballpark figure for a repair? I know this is hard to answer without knowing more about what is wrong, but give me your best shots.

I have: good experience working with Sherry Krauter - I would guess she could give the lens a CLA and fix the aperture ring for under $150.
