Has anyone shot a wedding with both an RF and a DSLR? Could you share your experience.

I did (my second wedding, and first "big" one). Here is a link to the un-edited/un-retouched photos.

All color was with my Nikon D2x and all b&w with my Leica M3. I did it so I would have a back-up camera and for something a little less obnoxious when shooting people at dinner, etc. Before and after the ceremony was with a combo of film and digital, the ceremony was all digital. I didn't feel I had the freedom or time to switch lenses, let alone cameras.
I was using a Think Tank waistbelt set-up. Next time, I will use a small, tall shoulder bag to hold my Nikon lenses and make sure to put a neck strap on my leica. I only had a wrist strap on it - not a good idea when trying to use 2 cameras.

unless u are very comfortable shooting an RF with moving subjects i think a dslr will be more efficient for weddings.

Indeed! - the last wedding I shot was two years ago, with a Fuji S3pro ( great tool ) prior to that - it was TLR's and 35mm ( Nikon, and/or Leica ) for the incidentals, for about forty years!.....I certainly know which was the easiest and most efficient 'modus operandi' 🙂

I shoot a few rolls of B&W with an M6 at nearly all of my weddings, I'd love to shoot a whole wedding with them but the AF and high iso of modern DSLRs is very hard to resist, certainly getting my film back is so much nicer than loading files on to the computer, perhaps because most of the digital I'll have seen on the back of the camera already so no surprises, but I honestly believe I get a different result from using the M6, beyond the film digital thing, although it may just be contrast of the lenses, but I wouldn't like to have to decided one or the other.
