Some Tube lines not working on Sat and Sun.
It affects Temple (Somerset House), so, use Embankment or Charing Cross and walkin.. (for walk warm up ;-) )

A wet Sunday afternoon on Brick Lane. Sounds perfick!
I'm currently stuck in Colchester, the country's oldest recorded sh!t hole. Wishing I had a full free weekend to potter around with all those lucky enough to be there all weekend.
By the way, I'm assuming the Bishopsgate entrance to Liverpool St is where we're meeting on Sun? Habit usually sends me out the other way and I wouldn't want to miss everyone

I hope you all get back home ok.
Apologies for being a grumpy monkey on Saturday, I've since recovered. It was lovely meeting everyone.
Here is a link to the Flickr group to pop your photos in so we can all see what you saw: http://www.flickr.com/groups/1690563@N23/

I didn't notice any grumpiness!
It was a gerat weekend. Loads of new friends, great to meet old friends and we shot few photo's too. What else do we want.
So, where do we go next year? I think we already decided on Basingstoke in order to camp in Kully's backyard.
Cheers,

Grumpy ? If that was you being grumpy, then you should see me when I'm grumpy ! I didn't notice anything, au contraire !
It was a great weekend; I wished I could spend more weekends like that: unrestricted, unlimited and shameless gear talk, taking pictures all day, good training for the leg muscles, meeting lots of new people, ... You can put me on the list for next year !

I'm currently sitting outside Costa coffee opposite Liverpool St station with two D3s and a load of gear wishing it was still Sunday and all I have to carry is a little RF and a couple of lenses.
Sunday was good fun and it was nice to put a face to some names as well as catch up with some old friends. If I managed to get even one decent shot I'll put it on the Flickr group later today. I'm intrigued to see what everyone else got from the day too.
Cheers

I had a great Saturday, I was looking forward to Sunday but worked kicked in late Saturday night and continued on until late Sunday morning.
I didn't get one good shot all day, but I had a laugh and enjoyed meeting you all. Maybe we should do this more often, summer is coming up.

Hiya,
Yes my big thanks to Kully for arranging this, I was only there for Sunday but it was very enjoyable and I didn't have too much to drink, very civilised of me!
I will try to process the first roll of FP4 tonight, the other roll of FP4 is half way through so that might take until this weekend and likewise a part used roll of 160NC which I need to send out.
Anyway great fun, but my feet were killing on the train back home!

We were lost without our leader so after a quick visit to the funfair we went to the pub!

Sorry I missed it folks. Got woken up on Saturday morning by water pouring through my bedroom ceiling. I did eventually sort it out but had lost enthusiasm for a photo walk by then.

Simon, just been looking through your work, you have some super good shots. Publish a book, I'll buy one.

Yes, thanks to Kully for organising and providing excellent entertainment.
Grumpy? Nah. Not that I was aware. And thanks for all who managed to attend. It was great to meet others who are similarly afflicted with this bizarre, but irresistable, urge to use rangefinder cameras. Just sad I wasn't able to also attend on Friday and Sunday.
Thanks also to Stefan for showing me his Hexar RF. I've been considering acquiring one for some time because of it's 1/4000th shutter speed and other interesting features but I'd heard some negativity about the viewfinder, which I now know to be bollox. Long story short (as they say
) I've just managed to pick one up for a reasonable price through this 'ere forum. Wey-hey!!
Pete.

I'd also like to thank you, Kully, for organising and coping with my pestering phone calls.
To everyone involved: Thanks for making these some very enjoyable days!
You're a very friendly and welcoming lot.
As for pictures, I'll have to see when I get to develop and scan the four rolls I shot throughout Saturday and Sunday. I'll probably upload them to the Flickr group as soon as I've finished scanning.

Big shout out to Kully and all you RFF'ers. What a great way to enjoy a Sunday. Brickyard Lane was so Film-worthy.
Now just need to get home and develop/print.
I've never seen so many Leica's in one place. Nikons and Olympus and a bunch os Bessas.
