RFF SOFTY IS A GO!!! Post your design ideas!

These are good designs - creative and well within the narrow parameters of the surface area.
It would be possible to do the mini-softie too - but most likely only with a strong logo - no other details as the diameter is considerably smaller.
What we should do is set up a 3rd site with just the designs and after a set time frame vote on the most popular. I have no idea how to do it - so please help. What timeframe should we give - a week - 10 days?

If we have to make a decision on design i guess a poll is the cleanest method ... lets run with ideas for another week then make a design poll .
But what if the poll is inconclusive?
I would be happy with any RFF logo so I'm in no matter what and i guess many of us will have preferences for one over another but will still be happy just to have a softie that will make them the envy of ... all those that don't have one!

Well.. how about this... after a week (or after the first 12 designs are posted) I'll collect all the designs and host them on my site with numbers next to them and post a poll here so people can vote... sound good? I say after the first 12 are posted because that's the most options you can have in a poll. There's 5 designs already posted, so that leaves 7 more spots!

alternatively if we get a TON of designs... Tom and the other Admins can decide on the top 12 (which would also let him weed out the ones that just aren't possible to do, due to limitations in the manufacturing) and then I'll post the top 12 on my personal website with numbers next to them, then post a poll here.

That will be up to Tom, but I'm guessing it will only be one color due to them needing to be made in batches of 100... the consensus seems to be black on silver or silver on black will please most people.

Here's a 5-minute mock-up, the idea here is no lower/uppercase mix on the F's, serif font as opposed to the bold san serifs. I realize it's subtle.

Now you're talkin'. I'll get half a dozen o' that.
