Hello,
I'm afraid that the rangefinder of my camera is out of work or need an adjustment as when I turn the focus ring the double image in the lozenge did not move at all. Does anyone know anything about this camera please ?

Not specifically, but that particular problem (in other vintage rangefinders) is usually due to old hardened lubricant in cameras that have been in storage for a while and have not been used. Basically, the armature/linkage controlling the mirror, or the mirror itself, gets glued into position. In a few cameras it can be due to rust. Any signs of water damage?
Another possiblility is that the pin the ring controls has been sheared.
