I do use Silver Efex from time to time, not with this particular set though. As for prints, the GRDIII files are fine when used for 10x8s, I could probably squeeze much larger (30x20) prints out of them easily, super high quality isn't my biggest concern when I add that much grain in post! The files look great on my 15" retina MacBook Pro which runs at 220ppi so that should be some indication on how well the files will print.
Thanks shadowfox!
Love your work, do You have flickr?
I use the GRDIV and want to print with an Epson R3000 to A4.

Haven't posted here in a while. So I managed to see the Klein + Moriyama show at the Tate before it closed yesterday, I prefer Klein visually but I really admire Moriyama's cohesiveness as an artist, much darker and less playful than Klein... Anyway, both had quite an influence on me after I left:

Thanks! I shot this in RAW so there's nothing in-camera going on, in Lightroom I converted to B&W, pushed the highlights, pulled back the shadows and blacks, added some grain and finally upped the clarity to 50.

John, you have to host the photos somewhere (I use my blog). Right click on the photo in your blog and copy the pictures adress. In the "Reply to thread" window here in the thread you have to click on the little colored landscape button that says "insert image". A box pops up. Paste the adress of the picture in the box. Click OK. Click "Submit reply".

Hi Black,
The PP was done in Lightroom. Shot wide open 1/1050sec at iso1600.
Taken through the front windshield while driving on the way to work
. Cropped slightly at the bottom to eliminate top of dashboard. Border done in Photoshop.
Cheers,
John
