I joined the Ricoh GR party. I bought a Ricoh GR10. I simply cannot afford a G1, GR1v, or GR1s. The GR10 is simply a point and shoot. Just compose and let the camera do all the work. It was quite nice to not think about exposure, depth of field, etc. It is a sweet little camera. The lens is quite amazing. I love the contrast produced and the soft tones.

I recently sold my GX100. I'm no fan of small sensors. But the Ricoh lenses are sweet. After seeing your shots, I definitely want one. Good stuff.

Great thread! The GR1x series of cameras is really amazing.

Thankfully Ricoh's GR1-line never received any major attention from online proselytizers (Ken Rockwell, etc.) or the prices on these little gems would be in the stratosphere (see Contax T3, for instance).

The lens design on the GR1x is just fantastic. As good as anything from Leica, I would say.

Here's a couple contributions:

Ricoh GR1S, Kodak BW400CN

Thanks for starting this thread and inspiring me to finally get my own GR1. It's been on my wish list for a long time. Yesterday I got lucky and found one for sale in a local ad. Picked it up today - mint condition, original box and manual for a measly $200. Yes. Can't wait to develop my first roll of Delta 100. I'll post my contribution when I have some images from it.

Taken with my newly acquired GR1 loaded with Delta 100. Developed in HC110B and wet printed on Ilford Warmtone RC paper.
