Hello!
I recently tried to order one of the Mamiya 7 kits that Robert White has. A week after I placed my order, I still hadn't received any kind of response or acknowledgement. I sent a separate e-mail asking if they had received my order and haven't received a response to that message either. I have previously (a couple of years ago) ordered a RB67 kit and a 645Zi all with no problems and great service. Has something changed at Rober White? Is there a holiday there (I'm in the USA) that I'm not aware of?

I spoke to them over the phone yesterday. Perhaps there's an email problem, but they are there (today too - they said they are waiting for a big order to come in). Try giving them a ring.

I did once have an experience like that with their email system, but it ended well with some profuse apologies and an extra discount. I would keep trying!

RW is one of the best dealers I've purchased from, so don't worry. Sometimes email systems go awry even at the best of dealers

Yes, Robert White has excellent customer service. They sent my Voigtlander stuff from stock the same day I ordered and it crossed Europe overnight. Then there was a glitch with the local delivery so it wasn't delivered within 24 hours and Robert White refunded the delivery charge.
I'd recommend them without reservation.
