Depth of field?

Depth of field?

Here they are. Better late than never.

Anyone know anything about the depth of field for Robot lenses?
The focus scale on this lens goes from 0.5-15m. Quite a big throw 9/10th of turn on the focus ring!
Looking at some tables. Focus at 5 Feet at f5.6 only gives 8 inches in front & a foot behind?
This is for 35mm. i assume 24*24 is similar?

The aperture click stops & focus are dreamy on this lens.
& the Camera, just... well it works. Shutter hardly makes a sound & the film transport sounds.... like a wasp just passed by.

I have to say this lens seems better made than anything I have seen before?
Even Leica!
Is that blasphemy?
Camera is not too far behind either.
It weights 1 1/2 pounds with the lens!
Shame there are no strap lugs....

First Roll from The Robot IIa & Radionar 37.5.
Every frame from the roll (nearly 40 Fuji Superia Xtra 400 out of date) came out ok.
A couple not in focus, but generally quite inpressed.
Used the XPro1 as a Rangefinder/Exposure Meter.
