This is a very sweet camera, IMO one of the best street cameras out there (as long as it is the green one). Scale focus, huge VF, auto exp, super quiet, super tough.
The review is nice as it reminds people of it, and by clicking on his sample photos it shows how nicely the lens renders, and how sharp it is.

The orange model is good for hunting season. ;-)
You just might be less likely to be shot on the streets while pointing an orange Nikonos V at someone than a green one. (And of course we want to hear from anyone who has been shot while using a Nikonos V, orange or green, for street photography.)

Well it's not dayglo orange. When I got mine I was concerned,
but in my experience seems it's no more noticeable to subjects
than the average camera held up to the photographer's eye.

Well these are a few years back now but all with the bright orange Nikonos V and the standard 35mm - Songkran, the Thai new year.

Oh I remember these! Delightful work to see again.
This is one of the best arguments for buying a Nik V (and a plane ticket. I'd get my water guns, cannons, buckets etc. there. Or maybe I'd just enjoy the deluge).

Unfortunately, for this year, you've missed Songkran by about 10 days... :bang:
