Rollei 35 - one year

Kevin, thanks again for your kind words and the constant positive feedback to my photos!

Trappedin DC thanks to you too!

And thanks to the whole bunch of fellows who are still interested in my photos after all these years.
The coming spring will hopefully bring more pictures and the fact that I shot in very narrow circle around my house will allow me to squeeze some more photos out of the covid mess.
I´m actually thinking about a Rollei 35 color book.

For all the others who are new to this thread: There are still some examples of my book available.

Thank you for the support, but prepare to wait;-)

I agree, the color is really nice but I also particularly am drawn to the color in the one further up w Billboard. Really nice and more muted/real that what I've gotten with my Rollei 35. I have not shot with it in sometime but was thinking I would try a roll of Portra next. Maybe I will look for plain Kodak Gold.

Tjat said, I was just given some Ektar, but that will be more saturated I know.....

Normally the Kodak Gold gives more muted colors (well, by developing and scanning by this lab). A little increase of the contrast lets some colors pop out, but usually I let color be as it is delivered. I had enough high contrast in my B&W pictures, I presume.

Overall good contrast in both (color and b&w). I think of my Rollei as fairly contrasty for an older (but not too older:) lens.
