Leica LTM Rollei Planar 80mm 2.8 HFT ltm

Leica M39 screw mount bodies/lenses
What intrigues me about this lens is that the head comes off for Viso use, which means it can be adapted for 200/2000 series Hasselblad and other MF bodies. You have a lens with many uses.

Hey ramosa,

Glad to see you finally got the lens. Hope the comments given were helpful. I'm sure over the next few months, you'll see that a lot of the concerns that the 'non owners' raise over this lens are actually exagerrated or non-existent. It's a well made and fun lens. Enjoy your new toy and post some pictures taken with it soon!

Cheers,

benny: you're the best! you know your equipment--and you have so much of it. and--to my benefit--you're willing to share your expertise. i have no problems with the lens yet, per a few experimentation runs. thank you--and i'll let you know when i get around to posting images on flickr.
