Scanning 6x12 with Epson V700/750

Has anyone been using the Epson V7xx to scan 6x12 negs or trans?
I use the Epson software typically and it does not have a setting for film beyond 6x9.
Has someone been using the 4x5 settings to scanning wide negs?

There's a mode where you can draw your own rectangle around the image, wouldn't that work?

You get to it using a tab on the preview box - either to or away from 'normal' view. 612, 617, 621.5... what ever you wish

Now that that's been taken care of, you don't by any chance know how I disabled my adjustment button? Everything but "Auto Adjustment" is greyed out, and has been for some time.
